  • Direct reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Play a key role in existing/new business process analysis and (re)design
  • Position to be based in Singapore

The successful incumbent is expected to:

  • Perform analysis on and (re)design of existing and new business processes that span across multiple depts. of the organization including manufacturing, logistics, planning/scheduling, purchasing, and warehousing
  • Develop scalable processes to support the company multiyear growth strategy
  • Develop and define methods and procedures for internal users to address deploying technology and operational and business process changes
  • Perform assessments of business processes and document each of the following areas: problem and/or need definitions, business process flows, gap analysis, and business solution recommendation
  • Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management and execution of business processes
  • Focus on controlling end to end process, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, drive profitability and supports the organization to meet its business objectives and goals
  • Work with management and stakeholders to drive changes through the organization
  • Identify new opportunities do improve efficiency and productivity throughout the organization

  • Engineering/Business degree and / or relevant proven work experience is required
  • 5+ years of business analysis and process improvement experience
  • Relevant experience in medical device industry strongly preferred
  • Analytical, strong problem solving abilities, and creative resolution skills
  • Exceptional determination, self-motivation, change management, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in manufacturing / operations essential
  • Good business acumen
  • Ability to establish trust and build confidence with business stakeholders
