My client is a top-tier global bank with a strong presence in Asia. They are looking for an experienced Branch Director to manage a strong and expanding branch. This is a great opportunity to join a stable bank and to manage a team of strong and driven Relationship Managers. The successful candidate will potentially be able to recruit additional headcounts for his branch.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Premier Relationship Managers and a team of Personal Bankers.
  • Be responsible for revenues and overall profits of the Branch.
  • Ensure that the Relationship Managers comply with the bank’s and the industry’s compliance policies.
  • Be responsible for recruitment and training of new Relationship Managers.
  • Joint appointments with the Relationship Managers with the clients.
  • Be involved in Investment Committee to drive strategy and to implement new business ideas to aid sales force.
  • Ensure smooth branch operations and excellent customer services.

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable institutions
  • At least 10 years of relevant experiences in Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
  • Relevant leadership experience managing teams of Premier Relationship Managers.
  • In-depth knowledge in wealth products
  • Well-versed with latest regulations and compliance practices in the industry
