Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on the most appropriate procurement and bid evaluation strategy, coordinate and document the processes to maintain robust and transparent records in accordance with the organization’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Conducts sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting and contract management
  • Reviews tendering documentation and evaluation reports
  • Assist in review and update of the Procurement Manual
  • Prepare monthly procurement reports
  • Perform analysis on spend and vendor performance analysis for management
  • Assist the appointment and management of Corporate Travel agent and corporate insurance programme
  • Lead or participate in system improvement projects
  • Other adhoc duties / project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement related areas
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience and knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent management and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent communication (Verbal and written), presentation and organization skills
  • Able to contribute proactively and positively in a team environmentt
  • Exhibit attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to multiple tasks in fast paced environment
  • Mature, responsible and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong problem solving, project management and business process improvement
